On 6/14 I received an email from them stating, "Since we didn't hear back from you, your ticket has been marked as resolved." ??????????????????????????????????????????? Per my "SENT" email file, I responded TWICE on 6/14, and THREE times on 6/11!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT THE FIRST TIME THEIR "SUPPORT" ENDED UP BEING TOTALLY USELESS, AND I'M STUCK WITH A PRODUCT I BOUGHT THROUGH THEM THAT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
