My page's likes are disappearing already

I run a Facebook meme page and to help it grow I decided to take help of UseViral. Initially things were okay but it took a u-turn when the likes I bought begin to disappear. Out of the 500 I bought, nearly 100 have gone already and there is no gaurantee they'll stop. I have contacted the company but they aren't responding either.
