PayTM deactivated my wallet a few weeks ago citing expiry of eKYC. Now not returning wallet money. Been pulling my hair for last three weeks to no avail- no official email channel(closed); always redirected to the app which is designed to cheat; raised several tickets which are all closed unilaterally and arbitrarily after giving idiotic replies; phone officers are more difficult to connect than God and then they take you on a 'catch me if u can trip' transferring your call to different departme
