Likes totally disappeared in a few days

I bought 250 likes from here 1.5 half weeks ago for $4.99. Last week itself I lost 75 of them and then 50 more in the next 3-4 days. They were supposed to be refill but that never happened for me. I wanna know what I paid the money for.
