If you're looking to buy YouTube likes, I would advise staying away from Stormviews. I faced a lot of issues when I bought my Instagram followers from them. The delivery was extremely slow, and most of the followers ended up disappearing either way. I had to contact their support multiple times and they were always unresponsive.
