Very low quality dresses. The fit is terrible too, as if dresses are designed by apprentices. Also, some dresses look completely different in person, almost like it’s a picture of a different dress. Cannot recommend. Don’t waste your money. They only refund via store credit, they don’t refund the money. You will be stuck with another cheap bad-fitting dress even after the refund.

on 4.4.19 I ordered 199.46 worth of items. When i logged into my account to check status - it said there was no pending orders. The money came out of my bank account right away. I emailed Tobi.com on 4.4.19 & 4.5.19 and then again on 4.8.19. I finally got a response from them. They said they have marked it as a lost shipment. How could it be lost when it was never sent??!! So they told me that I would be waiting another 3 days to get a status on when and if they will send my items. I have already waited 4 days - the items were supposed be RECEIVED by 3-5 business days. So they are asking me to wait even longer than their standard shipping time to even get an idea of when the items will arrive?? I just want my money back and to NEVER deal with them again in my life.

Wost experience. Would give them negative stars if possible. No customer service and they are not replying to my mails it's been more then 2 months since they have my returned order and they are not refunding my money. This is so sad. I have no idea which kind of company they are and why I trusted them with my money. Wish I had not placed any orders.

It had been my worst nightmare, my worst shopping experience. I ordered two products but never received it. I lost my money. Contacted customer service but never got my refund. Even overpriced for products. No professionalism, non existent and terrible customer services. Not good quality products and no delivery service. I am having regrets from buying from this website. Doesn’t sound authentic to me. Will advise not to purchase from this site. They will surely rip you off. Do not spend your savings here. Not worth it.
