Views and likes begin to disappear

So i began using stormviews around 2 months earlier only and i already have this big issue. I first bought 50 likes to test it out and everything worked fine. But then i Decided to go big and bought 1k likes. I also bought some views. But after some days of the order delivery, they begin to disappear. I paid for them and now I am losing them. This is just like putting money on fire.
