I ordered a set of dress. It's not used and tags are intact. They don't return money in the account instead told they will give shyaway credits. Very bad service. Amazon Myntra and zivame but better

This is a fraud Company.I had purchased items for 2523/-, as I was not satisfied with their products & thier terms doesn't allow for bank refund so I opted for exchange. It's 25 days since I returned items, still asking me to wait for exchange also

Bad exchange, return service. Each bra of same brand and size have different under bust length, unbreathable fabrics used. Images are deceiving compared to real product.

Pad is not of good quality. You'll face different size issue. Third class market product with a good service provider. It's my 1st and last purchase from this site. Shyaway please focus on good fabric, and comfort. Stylish but not comfortable. You'll not live with it a full day.

Poorest quality of fabrics been sold for 1000% more costs. Delivered items are not worth Rs 50 per piece. Customer services are unethically showing their policies and bounding customer with loosing their money. Mockery of IT rules by not sharing their company registration number or name, neither they share their full name with whom you talk. Request for talking with management is also not fulfilled till date and they expect to digest their not customer friendly attitude. You can just see the level of their fraudulent activities and poorest quality with attached images:

it was my wifes birthday & i wanted to surprise her with something trendy at the same time pretty... chanced upon this site called Shyaway which seemed to be relatively new ... Hi, Its so pathetic service, theres no proper trackin id no proper response from customer service, number seems to invalid,lots of issues vth delivering contacting the service side, return product will take a huge time, replacement u never know when you get it..
