I don't even understand how they operate but I got subscribers and likes for my 2 beginner youtube channels that was just stuck in the no-mens-land area, just no views, no likes, no comments and because of them I have subscribers and likes. How did they do it? I don't know but on their website they say that likes views and subscribes are from genuine real people. I don't understand why some people had bad experiences. I had in 1 day more then I asked for(I wanted 100 likes I got more then 250).
You do have to temper your expectations. This will not make you PewDiePie if you buy hundreds of thousands of likes. This is just a boost for videos. You still have to create content and a promotion strategy.
The tool works quite well. I use it along with a few other tools and strategies. It won't be that helpful if the content quality and strategy aren't good.
Oftentimes sites like these aren't what they seem. UpViews is kind of an exception. You do get good views. There is some drop but I haven't noticed anything significant in my last few purchases.
UpViews is a good site. I have used it for a couple of months now and haven't had any issues with the orders. The views did drop a few times but the margin wasn't that much.
I don't buy views that much nowadays. But in my growth phase I did. I recently bought some as well and as usual used UpViews for it. Can't go wrong with that choice.

UpViews is good for YouTube. I have been using it for three months now. Kind of wish that they sold other stats as well. Hard to find good sites these days.
When I started using Social Media services almost all the sites I used were bad or outright scams. UpViews at least sends the services and completes the orders.
Look, we all know there's no miracle cure for promotion. But if you still want to boost view count you better do it from UpViews. At least, you will get your money's worth.
